Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a gentle, body-based method that helps you release stored emotional tension and energetic blocks — without having to talk it all out or re-live the pain.
Using a series of light taps on acupressure points (yes, the same ones used in acupuncture), we send calming signals to your nervous system while you speak truthfully — not perfectly — about what’s really going on. Anger. Shame. Grief. Exhaustion. Overwhelm. The hidden weight. All of it is welcome here.
